Regally Styled Same Sex Wedding at Birken Lakeside Resort in Pemberton

What a pleasure it was to capture the union of these two amazing women under the canopy of old growth forest at Birken Lakeside Resort outside Pemberton, BC. Birken is a rustic property built during the gold rush and features six cozy themed cabins, a general store, private lakefront docks and the perfect amount of space for a small family centered wedding. Impeccably decorated florals by Flowers & Jules adorned the property and the ceremony officiated by Beth of Young, Hip & Married was very touching. It was the first same sex wedding I’ve had the honor of capturing and I couldn’t have imagined a better setting and group of people to experience that with.
